For this project, I was hired to create a CRM for an international electronic goods broker. This client wanted a CRM with a very simple interface she could access from anywhere. This CRM allows her to search her contacts by name, company name, or what the contact buys or sells. She can sort her clients alphabetically or by country. The client can also add notes about a contact. Finally, the client can build email lists of all her contacts that meet a certain criteria. For example, she can build an email list of all her contacts that buy a certain item so she can send out an email blast about a similar item she currently has for sale.
